Once in a blue moon

Through a series of fortunate events and an urge to create a site specific performance, based in an idea I had for years, Once In a Blue Moon was born in the exit of 2016.

OIBM (Once In a Blue Moon) is not a theatre company…It is more like a pseudo name and a platform that allows me to act creatively and unravel more parts of who I am as an artist. I get to express my passion in site specific performances and immersive theatre. I create work that stimulates and challenges our perception of the world, who we are, our true selves, our desires, our fears. What’s also important is that I not only get to produce and design my own performances but I am also able to support other artists’ work and bring their ideas to life.

The saying “Once In a Blue Moon” is used to refer to a unique occasion that happens rarely but is remembered forever; which reflects exactly the tone and kind of performances I wish to make and support.
